7 Rest once more, my soul,[a]
for the Lord has vindicated you.[b]
8 Yes,[c] Lord,[d] you rescued my life from death,
kept my eyes from tears
and my feet from stumbling.
9 I will serve[e] the Lord
in the land[f] of the living.
